About Joern

 Joern Schlimm is responsible for Customer Experience, Digital Innovation, and Risk Management at Ameliorate. With two decades of international consulting experience, he supports organizations in successfully tackling both their traditional and digital challenges.

Over the past 20 years, Joern has built and optimized risk management frameworks and methodologies from the ground up for numerous organizations. He has successfully implemented risk management in large-scale projects such as FIFA World Cups, as well as in multinational corporations. In addition to his practical experience, he holds extensive certifications that enable him to elevate your risk and quality management to a new level.

Joern completed his doctoral dissertation in the field of digital innovation, possessing in-depth expertise in Web3 applications, artificial intelligence, and gamification. He helps organizations integrate innovative digital concepts to make their processes more efficient and future-ready.

With 15 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, including projects at FIFA, continental federations, numerous football clubs and associations, as well as theme parks such as Europa-Park, Joern offers strategic consulting and workshops tailored specifically to the needs of the sports and entertainment sector.
